While a person can feel better after a good talk with a friend, relative or colleague, for moderate or severe emotional distress, this relief is only temporary. Unresolved problems can lead to depression, anxiety, physical illness and organizational chaos.  Learning to face problems and see them as an opportunity to grow, requires a different set of eyes and ears.  Talking with a trained listener helps alleviate the stress and solve problems before they become unmanageable.

For twenty years, I have had the privilege to provide a safe, supportive and appropriately challenging environment for individuals, couples and groups to uncover the root of emotional concerns and realize their full potential in all areas of their life.

If you are an individual who has been struggling with a problem for a long time, or an executive who struggles with performance issues and emotional stress, ask yourself, "what is this costing you in your life and work?" If the answer is too much, I can provide an unbiased and confidential place to explore these issues and stop the drain on your emotional, physical and professional life.
